Be open to creativity. We all have unique strengths in how we think and communicate. These aren’t questions to “answer” correctly, but to explore honestly together:
Verbally: Interacting with words through speaking and listening, writing… [prayer, journaling, creative writing]
Visually: Draw, color, paint, sculpt/build… [clay, blocks]
Physically: Answer using facial expressions and your body… how does the experience feel? Where do you feel it? Does it make you want to move? [hug, hide, dance]

Our thoughts determine how we live! Everything we feel, say, and do begins as a thought.
-
Every person has good and bad thoughts. Bad thoughts happen. It’s how we respond to our thoughts that matters.
-
Many influences affect our thoughts. Our most certain thoughts become beliefs. Our beliefs are a "filter" that affects how we experience and respond to influences.
-
Yes, God cares about us and our thoughts! When we turn to Him and rely on His strength, He helps us replace bad thoughts with good.

-
Loving people is just as important as loving God! Jesus teaches us to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love others as we love ourselves.
