Be open to creativity. We all have unique strengths in how we think and communicate. These aren’t questions to “answer” correctly, but to explore honestly together:

  • Verbally: Interacting with words through speaking and listening, writing… [prayer, journaling, creative writing]

  • Visually: Draw, color, paint, sculpt/build… [clay, blocks]

  • Physically: Answer using facial expressions and your body… how does the experience feel? Where do you feel it? Does it make you want to move? [hug, hide, dance]

  • Our thoughts determine how we live! Everything we feel, say, and do begins as a thought.
